Frequently Asked Questions

All name tags orders are made to order. It will take us about 10 to 14 working days to get your order ready for self collection. Should you opt for courier service, it will take about 14-21 working days for your order to reach you. Please note that name tags will take a longer time to be ready during festive periods.

Orders not collected 3 months after collection notifications will be disposed off. 

We offer courier delivery at a flat fee of S$6.54 (20cm x 15cm x 4.5cm) and self collection. 

Additional charge applies for parcel size exceeding (20cm x 15cm x 4.5cm).
For self collection, the address is Blk 1013 Geylang East Ave 3, #07- 136, Singapore 389728 (nearest MRT station is Paya Lebar, Exit C)

Please make sure address are provided correctly. We will not bear the cost for return mail due to incorrect address provided.

We ship within Singapore only. Orders from outside of Singapore will be automatically cancelled. 

You will receive an email once order is ready for collection. Please email onlinesales@jyent.com.sg if you did not receive any email notification for collection past the leadtime.

We accept major credits, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Please ensure names and designation are keyed in correctly. All items are non-refundable.

Name tags are done as per our specifications and it might defer from yours. 

Please do not email for amendments. Call us @ 67491893 ext. 111/ 106 to check if amendments can still be done.
