Frequently Asked Questions

All name tags orders are made to order. It will take us about 10 to 14 working days to get your order ready for self collection. Should you opt for courier service, it will take about 16-18 working days for your order to reach you. 

We offer courier delivery at a flat fee of S$6.48 (20cm x 15cm x 4.5cm) and self collection. 

Additional charge applies for parcel size exceeding (20cm x 15cm x 4.5cm).
For self collection, the address is Blk 1013 Geylang East Ave 3, #07- 136, Singapore 389728 (nearest MRT station is Paya Lebar, Exit C)

Closed on Weekends and Public Holidays

We ship within Singapore only. Orders from outside of Singapore will be automatically cancelled. 

You will receive an email once order is ready for collection. 

You can contact us using the contact us form or call +65 6749 1893 ext 111 with your order confirmation number to enable us to assist you better.

We accept major credits, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item. Please note we are unable to add, remove or edit an item to an existing order - we kindly ask you to cancel your original order and resubmit a new order.
